Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I’m a clinical psychologist, licensed in New York and New Jersey, providing therapy for adults and couples who want to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in their daily lives. A central focus of my practice is helping people navigate major life transitions—career changes, breakups or shifts in relationships, moves to new cities, changes in health, or periods of uncertainty about what comes next. Others are simply looking for a better understanding of themselves and the patterns that keep showing up.

These transitions can feel disorienting or overwhelming, but they also create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and understand what you truly need. Together, we can make sense of these shifts and help you feel more embodied, centered, and clear about the direction you want to move in.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based therapy. I tailor our work to your goals, strengths, and personality so that sessions feel meaningful and personalized. I hope therapy feels practical and genuinely supportive, helping you feel more at home in your life—more connected to what matters, more present in your body, and more confident in the choices you’re making.
